Dr Shruti Jain is a well-qualified and certified Career Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in the Career Counselling domain with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals. She has to her credit, a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Mysore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling from Jamia Milia Islamia University, and Certifications in Career Counselling. Dr Shruti’s expertise lies in providing career guidance to students enrolled in High School (Grades-VIII-XII), undergraduates & postgraduates for their self-discovery, career path identification and exploration; college admission guidance and student profile building. She is also an expert in delivering career awareness seminars and training workshops at various educational institutions.

Ms. Neha is a qualified counselling professional with over 15 years of experience in the education industry. Post her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, she worked with Delhi Public School, Gurgaon and later with Shiv Nadar Foundation-VidyaGyan Leadership Academy. Her expertise includes psychological testing and assessment for career planning, stream selection and devising career paths for students in schools from grades VIII-XII, as well as providing expert career guidance to graduates and professionals. She has been also guiding students for study abroad in top universities in USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Canada by providing career guidance in their college application processing, profile building, interview preparation and assistance to access financial aid, scholarship and internship.

Ms Bhumika completed her M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She is a package of a compassionate Counselor and an able Certified Career Coach. She has mentored 5000+ students and young adults. She uses the blend of Psychology and Career Counselling in helping students choose subject stream, courses and career in general. While working with start-ups, Bhumika has travelled extensively across the country and after interacting with students from schools at every level, she fairly understands quite a lot of backgrounds and cultures. Bhumika has also conducted 150+ workshops including webinars for schools, colleges and corporates.

A committed and dedicated educationist and Career Counselor having experience of twenty years in educational interventions including teaching, career guidance, career mentoring, student counselling, training in life skills and soft skills. As a Chairperson, FWO under AWWA (An Army nongovernmental organization) organized various life skill workshops and lectures and cultural school events. Counselled students and parents regarding student’s admission, migration and upgradation. Applying her skills and expertise in diagnosing and counselling, she has provided support and guidance to thousands of students, teachers and parents.

As a Student Counsellor and trainer, Ms Aastha has worked for a variety of institutions including Manav Rachna School, Sharda International School, Dronacharya College, DLF and Maruti. She has been a guest faculty on psychology, career and mental health. She enjoys mentoring students to discover their personality, interests, lifestyle and, most importantly, help them set out their career path.
